Agreeing the Brief
A good result always comes from a clear brief. We understand that to deliver this we need to work together in partnership with good two way communication.
Through a consultative process we gain an insight into your business. We will learn about your customer needs, your trading style and your operational constraints. We will talk to you about your budget, recommend hardware and software options and importantly discuss your content management requirements.

Choosing the Hardware
We have an extensive range of hardware solutions to meet your needs from slim line plug and play monitors to high brightness monitors and video wall displays all of which have full network packages available. All our products are of a commercial grade and are designed for 50,000 hours of use 24/7 making them ideal for the commercial world. Once the correct digital hardware is agreed on we can then use our signage expertise to engineer it into the finished product whether that be a free standing totem or full corporate identity package.
Developing the design and content
The success of digital relies on content and design that is dynamic, engaging and focussed on your consumer messages. At Omega Signs Digital we have an in house design team that will work to your brief applying their creative and design skills to provide content that is both impactful and visually engaging. We will manage the whole process using our creativity over a wide range of techniques from videos, images and web feeds to bring your messages alive.
Installation
We expertly manage the three key elements of installation.
Firstly we design a solution which integrates perfectly with you building fabric and environment. As well as considering visual aesthetics we will also carry out structural calculations to ensure that your digital signage can be installed safely.
Secondly our hardware and software experts will liaise with your own IT teams to ensure complete compatibility and functionality.
Thirdly our qualified and experienced installers will attend site and fit your digital solution complete with full commissioning and testing.
Managing the software content
We offer a bespoke approach so you can either manage the content scheduling yourselves or, we can do it for you, as part of a monthly or seasonal marketing campaign. Whichever approach you take we will support you every step of the way. We can provide training so you can manage it in-house or we can use our in-house expertise to manage the process for you hassle free.
Content management solutions can range from simple USB plug and play up to our cloud based content management system literally controlling images over thousands of screens. All this can be achieved across the network, from anywhere in the world, at the click of a mouse.
